HIPAA Compliance

Yes. All services are HIPAA compliant. All patient information is kept confidential and HIPAA compliant. Any required notes will be entered only within the dental office’s software and limited to billing-related tasks such as claims processing and insurance follow-up

Consultation Details

Consultations typically last 30 minutes to 1 hour

  • First 30 minutes are complimentary if you have not had a consultation within the last 12 months

  • After the complimentary time, an add-on fee of $22 per 10 minutes applies

  • If services extend beyond a consultation, a signed disclosure/authorization is required by the office/provider before access to patient records

  • Without a disclosure, verbal guidance only will be provided and no patient information will be accessed

Deposits

  • A $66 deposit is required if you have not had a consultation in the last 12 months

  • The deposit is applied as a credit toward your first service payment if you move forward

  • Deposits are non-refundable if services are declined

  • No deposit is required if you have already had a consultation within the last 12 months

Claims Follow-Up Timeline

Turnaround time varies by insurance carrier. Most reimbursements (EFT, virtual card, or check) are received within 3–7 business days
