Services Included Claim submissions Payment posting (insurance & patient) Insurance claim follow-up Weekly reports Patient accounts receivable Accounts receivable balancing Bonus: Credentialing Service Description Services are provided 5–6 hours per day, depending on claim volume and overall workload After the dental consultation, a detailed service outline will be shared with the provider and manager/supervisor based on the A/R report, claim volume, and call requirements Claims are submitted daily. Claim batching is optional if the dental office already has a dedicated team member handling batching -- PLEASE NOTE: The checkout fee (e.g., $18.00) secures your appointment only and is not the final total After services are completed, the independent contractor will issue a final invoice showing the accurate total based on the number of hours worked per day
