Revenue Clarity Report (RCR) A Revenue Clarity Report (RCR) is a customized, review-only audit designed to provide clear, accurate insight into a dental practice’s revenue activity for a specific timeframe (daily, monthly, yearly, or by request). This report may also include patient account balances to verify whether balances are accurate and supported by claim activity, ensuring financial transparency across the practice This service provides a detailed breakdown of billing activity to uncover and explain insurance and patient account write-offs across one or multiple locations. It is designed to give practice owners full visibility into revenue flow, adjustments, and claim outcomes The process includes reviewing claims by the requested timeframe, analyzing write-offs and payment patterns, verifying claim details through insurance portals and direct payer communication, and comparing findings with practice management reports Scope of Audit: This is a review-only service. No changes, corrections, or work will be performed on any patient accounts during the audit process. The purpose is strictly evaluation, documentation, and gathering accurate claim status notes Each report is fully customized and includes account-level notes where applicable, highlighting trends, discrepancies, and key findings that may impact overall revenue performance. The completed report is intended to support informed decision-making and internal discussions Post-Report Process: After the report is completed, the provider and biller will review the findings together to determine next steps. This may include discussing whether services will continue on a temporary (as-needed) or permanent basis Temporary / As-Needed Support: hourly for each day worked, based on availability Permanent Ongoing Support: Services will follow the previously outlined agreement. The same hourly rate will apply to both locations, with a consistent schedule servicing both offices Standard availability will be up to 3 days per week across both locations, with flexibility for an additional day if needed, not to exceed 4 days per week total Rate for Audit: starting at $21/hour Turnaround time will vary depending on the number of accounts and the scope of the requested review
