Services Included Claim submissions Payment posting (insurance & patient) Insurance claim follow-up Monthly reports Weekly reports Patient accounts receivable Accounts receivable balancing Bonus: Communication services (calls/texts to patients for balance collection) Service Description Services are provided 6–7 hours per day, depending on claim volume and workload. After the dental consultation, a detailed service outline will be shared with the provider and manager/supervisor based on the A/R report, claim activity, and call volume (if insurance carriers must be contacted) Claims are submitted daily. Claim batching is optional if the dental office already has a team member dedicated to batching claims -- PLEASE NOTE: The checkout fee (e.g., $21.00) secures your appointment only and is not the final total After services are completed, the independent contractor will issue a final invoice showing the accurate total based on the number of hours worked per day
