Service Description

Monthly Virtual CEO Meeting (Included / Optional Service) Clients will meet virtually with the CEO once per month via Zoom (30 minutes to 1 hour). This service is included as a courtesy in the Silver and Gold plans to ensure consistent communication, alignment, and performance tracking between the billing team and the dental office. Meeting Purpose These sessions are designed to support operational success and include: Review of billing performance and monthly reports Insurance claims submissions and follow-up updates Payment posting and accounts receivable progress Discussion of dental office goals and strategies to achieve them Review of findings from the previous month Open discussion for feedback from office staff and billing team Alignment between front office and billing operations (back office optional attendance) The goal is to ensure both teams remain aligned, informed, and working efficiently toward improved revenue cycle performance. Scheduling & Requirements Meetings are conducted via Zoom only A scheduling calendar will be sent for booking availability In-office meetings require a minimum of 3 weeks notice for scheduling adjustments All participants should attend prepared to review reports and updates For Non-Contracted / One-Time Clients For clients without a signed service agreement: Each meeting is billed at $175 per session Additional time beyond 10 minutes is billed at $22 per additional increment Payment is due prior to the meeting
